Job Description:

Destination Rewards, Inc. a leader in the Loyalty/Incentive industry is actively seeking a Jr. Project Manager for our Boca Raton, FL office. As Jr. Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing internal and client facing projects. This position reports to the PMO Director in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities Include:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support the business goals in collaboration with managements and stakeholders.
• Define and develop requirements documentation, technical documentation and project status reports.
• Develop full scale project plans, track project milestones and deliverables.
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve the project goals.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Hold project status meetings with all relevant parties.
• Clearly communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders.
• The Jr. Project Manager will generally be responsible for managing projects with the following criteria:
o Project labor hours 400-3000
o 1-3 month duration
o Project teams are typically 8 or more team members
o Lead 2-3 projects simultaneously
• Occasional travel to our Plymouth, MI office may be required (1-3 times/year)

Experience Required:

• BS Degree
• 2-3 years experience acting as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in an Information Technology or an Internet specific business environment.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
